Fruit Popsicles - Melon Ice Kucchi

I just couldn't stand the heat! Beads of sweat trickled down my forehead, while the fan stared into my eyes helplessly running at a full throttle. 

What better way to ignore the heat and enjoy the soaring temperature? Yes! Help mom make the tastiest Ice kucchi with two summer fruits that are so irresistibly refreshing! 

I must warn you! Although it is not mentioned in the ingredients, what you will need for this 3 step recipe is 12 to 18 hours of your patience :)


FRUIT POPSICLES - MELON ICE
















Ingredients:
  • 1 cup chopped muskmelon
  • 1 glass of fresh watermelon juice
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 200 g condensed milk (milkmaid)
  • Ice Popsicle mold
Method:
  • Blend muskmelon, coconut milk and milkmaid to a smooth creamy texture.
  • Now mix the watermelon juice.
  • Pour the mixture into the molds. allow it to set in deep freezer for at least 12 to 18 hours.

Caution:

If your Popsicle is adamant to come off the mold, dip the mold in warm water and then try.
